Hi guys! So I just thought, screw it, You can go to past journals for all the pretty CSS and links to helpful things and whatnot, so here's an update:

Club is dead As I asked several times in journals the past few months, there have been ZERO takers or interest in taking over the club SO, yes, dead. I'm not archiving things anymore

Here is a thought though- if there are enough of you that still like the club, hate the account formatting and want to do a group thinger, go create a group, you can still use the template here and whatnot, and I'll announce where the big move is going to so you members which are still interested can take part

This is just frankly too much work for a college grad LOOKING for a job, and my own shop and groups I manage are keeping me waaaay too busy, even after I stepped down as a Film GM for deviantART

SOOOOO you can note me at my personal account for faster reply and whatnot if any of you have any ideas or would be interested in taking over the club or whatnot ;D

Hey guys!! ElectrikPinkPirate here (yeah, i'm alive and kicking.....just over at my own account AHAHA!).

I hate to say it, but after two years of running this club I am puttering out (I think you've all noticed LOL!!) I had a lot more time when I was in school to run things, but having graduated college and now trying to jumpstart my adult life (AH! hahaha) I just do not have the time to dedicate to things like I once did, and I feel the club is suffering for my lack of involvement like I once had

SOOOO with that said, I am looking for a successor to the kingdom I'm ready to train a replacement for the club leader, and anyone who is interested is welcome aboard ;D I'll dedicate as much time as is necessary to help someone along to figure out what the hell is going on back here And i'm always on hand for help if need be I just can't stay in the leadership position anymore as I am doing an abhorrent job of it I'm ready for retirement! lol!

So, anyone interested, please send me a personal note at my ElectrikPinkPirate account (because i'll get it faster) with such information as how long you've been a member of dA/this club, how relatively active you are, why you want to be the new owner/successor LOL etc.

I just can't dedicate myself anymore It makes me sad, but two years is a long time hee hee

SOooooooo with that said, don't worry, i won't just up and disappear or anything Until a successor is found and trained, I'll still be back here doing things Just slowly......like a geriatric old leader does

Yes, we're still alive and kicking.

No, the club is not dead. Your lovely pirate has simply finally graduated college and is aaaaall growed up. The transition is frightening O_O

Yes, we've run out of a sub so we're utilizing a SUPER old journal that has no awesome old CSS we don't wanna ruin, instead of going blank on our front page D: We'll get another sub soon, just not yet, as college-graduated pirates are broke ).

No, we cannot convert to "groups" platform. It is not a possibility

Yes, if you're interested in helping the club out, send a note that says so and we'll look things over ;D

No, i have no new-news that hasn't been said before All the links on all the journals from this year etc. (and inclusive of the one on our front page) has all the resources, selling tips, and advice you could want. If you have never visited the links before, do so.

Yes, tired pirate is tired, and has a few more profiles to add to our gallery. I'm getting to them!

And no, i didn't really have anything interesting to say. Only making a journal because i am certain some people think we expired a long time ago Very not true XD
