This page will be shown in your journal watch whenever i update or change info.
~^ElectrikPinkPirate, Admin.
Any deviantART artist who accepts commissions can join! It doesn't matter what your skill level, style, or method of creating art is! ^^ All you need to do is follow the instructions below and you're in!
(Anyone can use the club, but to be a 'member' follow these things
)Please check to make sure any and all links you give us work properly to what you are submitting. We will not double-check your work for you.
For extra info, check out our About Us/Misc. section.
If these directions are not followed you will not be admitted.
Read everything here. There isn't that much. Please make sure to appropriately mark and identify any links you send us (i.e. My commission info:. Samples:. My Artist profile:. etc.). We do not like walls of unidentified links and we will not browse your links for correctness. It's not that hard to do.
Any questions, PLEASE ASK.
You look waaaay smarter to us for asking than to just fill out our form wrong. 1. Add this club to your devWatch. <--don't forget.
This is step 1. Go do it now. It pisses me off when the very first step is ignored, and you will not be added if you do not watch the club.
2. Send a note to this account with the word
JOIN as the subject.
3. In the note, include this form filled out, with your links
labeled as below (here is an example of how it should look when you send us your join note):
AND LABEL EVERYTHING!!! COUNTRY:___ COMMISSION INFO:____ etc.!!!! It REALLY pisses me off when these are not labeled! How do I tell what info is what for you??

Country: USA
Commission info: [link]
My shop/For sale journal: [link] (optional)
My artist profile: [link] The filled out template, NOT a link to your deviantART page, either a JPEG or PNG, NO BMP files
My samples: [link] (optional)
My portfolio: [link] (optional dA portfolio link)
I want to be in folders Yada yada, Blankity Blank, and whoopty-doo
Here's the details of what above is:
Your country.
A link to your prices and commission information (a journal or webpage with info that people need to know to commission you). Forum posts are not accepted. To get your journal URL, simply click 'comments' on your journal, go to the web address in your web address bar, and remove the part that has #comments from the end of the address and send us that. Please check to make sure your links work prior to sending.
Links to your shop/journal page that has items that were not commissioned for sale (i.e. this would be a link to your etsy, your ebay, a dA journal with tons of stuff you're selling, your cafepress/lulu/etc. shop). If you do not have anything like this, then do not include this information. Limit two shop links (and NOT links to individual items for sale). If you're confused, please ask, or just do not include this information.
Download this deviation: [link] and fill out your artist's profile. We have it in PSD and JPEG format so anyone can use it. Either upload to dA or a photo-hosting site and include your link. JPEGs only.
Do NOT under any circumstances use anything that does not belong to you/you don't own the copyright/you never got the license to use in your profile (and for that matter, your art). That is
a) deceptive to your buyers about your abilities;
b) against dA policy;
c) unlawful; and
d) i will remove your profile, ban you from the club, and report you to the administration. No art theft please; no use of images you 'found' on flickr, photobucket, google, etc. No use in your profile of linearts you colored and do not have permission from the original artist to use in your profile. That is theft and you can be legally prosecuted. Thanks. Keep your profile kosher!

If you don't know how to do any of that, just let me know and we will help. Please note that any deviations with mature content will be marked as so
See FAQ #220: What is Mature Content?.
If you want a folder of examples of your work to be shown on your profile template page, please make a folder and link it to us for your samples of your work for people to see. If you don't know how to do this, see FAQ #762: How do I create folders in my gallery?
If no link is provided, your default "more samples" area will simply go to your dA front page.
dA launched portfolios recently, and if you've created one, please feel free to give us the link and we'll put it up with the rest of the links to your work
4.
Tell us the folders you want your artist profile template to be included in.
Check out Our Club Folders (or see out gallery here to the left on that page) and tell me which folders you would like your profile to be included in. You can be in as many folders as you want. And even if you do anything/everything and want to be sorted there, it still might be smart to be stuck in the rest too (if you do them
)) Please go check out what's there and if we need to add something new you do to a list/folder, or maybe even make a new folder if it's so off-the-wall it doesn't fit with anything we have, let me know. It's not a problem.

5. Now spread the word!!

Totally not a requirement, but get your name out there! Spread the club, woot!
Please note:
If you put 'mature' deviations in your Artist Profile sample page, the club 'deviation' will be marked as 'mature' to be safe ^___^ Also see dA's official policy on the matter: FAQ #220: What is Mature Content? Admin/Owner: ^ElectrikPinkPirate
Please send a note to this group if you have a question or concern.
